The Golden arctic root, Rhodiola rosea, is native in Iceland, and is believed to improve concentration, mental and physical strength, memory, and relaxation.

Each capsule contains:
Vitamin D 50μ (2000 IU)
Rhodiola rosea 280 mg (250% RDS).
Magnesium 60 mg (10% RDS).
No additives.
Cellulose capsules (vegan).

Direction for use:
Take 1 capsules a day with a glass of water.
Do not take more than recommended daily dose.
